I'd say GTA Vice City, since I haven't played the others.

Splinter Cell - is a very hard game but realistic.

Enter the Matrix - has tons of extras and has a lot of good effects but can be to easy at some points.

Metal Gear Solid ( 2 ) – In my opinion this is the worst game in the list

Grand Theft Auto ( Vice City ) – Lots of things to do and kill.

I think the best games in this list are:
Enter the Matrix and then Grand Theft Auto ( Vice City )
