i think i found out how to get the "golden axe". i heard that u gotta plant 12-13 trees in anywhere possible then pick all of the weeds out of all the town the go to the wishing well and ask for the golden axe he will say there is a perfect town u made but u gotta keep it like that for 2 weeks then go back to the wishing well and u will get the golden axe

what u need to do is go to the wishing well often and consistently get a good rating for your town, after a while you will get it somehow

To get the golden axe you are to do everything the Wishing Well says until it tells you that "Things are fairing good and by far, if you could thin out trees where there are to many, and plant more where they are needed, things would be going even more fairly" That is the best you can get. Check with the Well everyday for 2 weeks, keeping the rating like that. At the end of the two weeks, you will get your golden axe.
