I have all the bugs except for the banded dragonfly any tips on how I can catch him.

i havent caught it yet, so i cant say for sure, though it may be a seasonal bug, so try to find it in spring, summer, etc.

5 pm. Location: anywere does that help..... If it does plez tell me how to get a snail plezzzzzzzzz

The banded Dragonfly is always on the move, you have to be quick to catch it. Secondly, to get the snail. Plant flowers in your town and check them. You will usually find the snail in the flowers.
