im thinking of joining cross country and my p.e. teacher timed my class and i got 7 min. and 44sec. in a mile run and i dont think thas good enough .and i read how fast you guyz can run and want to know how you practice especially legato

what age r u?
My friend gary (ryu here) got 5-6mins for a mile a fink
but yeh for a mile a'd prolly get 1 hour 55minz 45secs lol

dude i dont care what u say ur not gonna run a mile in and a half in 12 minutes i can only do the mile in 6.5

dude but still 2.5 in 12 min my teacher who runs in the boston marathon only avrages an 8 min mile

M'eh, I donno about 2.5 miles in 12 mins. but I know a couple of people who can do 1 mile under 5:30 seconds. I can run 14 laps, equivalent to about 3.5 miles under 24 mins. in a normal paced run. I'm not sure what time if I were to go a bit faster.

Hey whats with all the running?? I mean what happened to all the computer people that where lazy and didn't do anything? They just sat at home and played on their computer....
Well actually just kidding guys but I think that 7min sounds about the average for the page here. So I am sure if you join and with a little training you can definitly get it down to that.

im on the comp alot but im not lazy fat or ugly
