i know sumthin to do with dreamcast but i neverplayed it

No one really bought a sega dreamcast, so they lost money. Also the fact that Sony and Nintendo were killing them in sales. So I guessed they figured if you can't beat them, join them....

I always loved sega genesis though. I still have one, I actually still play some of the games, you just can't get them any where else. Like Pirates Gold and Skitchin. Also Road Rash 3 was the best one there is....

there is a ton of loyal sega fans still out there but no one posts here because its an older system

Yeah, Kinda sucks that the older systems have to just die out like that.

well its all part of the evouloution of video games and they are gonna continue to get better as we get older

with the Gensis and stuff Sega was king, wot they hav done now is sell rights to their games to Nintendo, such as Sonic .etc

its a shame, the Dreamcast had its potential, but jus didn't grip to gamers, and lost out, losing them a lot of money :(

True, but now I get to play all my favorite sega games right on my PS2. I don't even have to get the segafied(meaning sega only) system. I like that better. If they can make more money by doing that, then more power too em.

i reckon the Dreamcast were pretty cool, if the games were there I would bought one over a PS2

the memory cards were sick too

Sega still makes the odd game or two on the PS2...but it's a shame no-one posts here just because the Genesis is old. I still have mine. It was decent! But they screwed up with the Dreamcast man. They were just wiped out. I don't know what went wrong...
