do you know for sure what the new GTA game is going to be? and if it is going to be based after GTA 3 or vice city?

Year: 2004
Scene: San Andres (Gang State)

Unfortuantly, i dont think its gonna be able to be linked with the other GTA's, because of the characters and years they were set in. :)

i figured that is wouldn't be made after GTA 3or GTA vice city,because if it were after vice city tommy would be like 50 something years old.i have another question,is it going to set in the present ,past or future?

Future 2004. I think they want to stick it in the winter of 2004, so there is snow etc ;)

i think putting it in the snow would put a new look that the game needs.Vice city had a summer time beach setting,GTA 3 had a fall city setting.i think the snow makes the game look more gangsta.Do you think that the game Mafia is going to be better that the new GTA game.are you getting tired of my questions???;)

Yeah i agree, snow really would make it better. It would make it a REAL series in the sence of seasons ;).

The mafia (s) are bound to be bigger better and punch you hard. Once i know more on the game, i will post it here:tup:

It added a darker side to the character i reckon. You see, the reactions and voice of a character can effect the game dramticly, so they left it out, as they didnt want to make a mistake. ;)

i see your point about the name and silent thing,but i would have rather had him talk to people and argue with them just as tommy vercitti did in vice city,but different games different things about them

yes i think the the arguing factor made GTA vice city better,but overall GTA 3 was way better to me.i mean the missions were better and the eniemies were harder to kill.the mafia was hardcore,especially after you killed the one guy i forgot his name ,they'd be pullin them shotguns out and blowing ya up

GTA 3 was the pin point of gaming, as it was the No.1 PS2 selling game. The way they made a leap from GTA 1 & 2 to III was amazing! ;)

I was bumbed about killing salvatorie, because he seemed like del Boy out of Only Fools & Horses lol :P

i did like how GTA vice city had the whole buying properties.that was pretty cool.the thing that seperated GTA 3 and GTA vice city was the setting.you had the nice part of town,staunton island,were not a lot of killin went on.you had generally nice,polite people.then you had the ok part of town,shoreside vale,where the were good parts and bad parts of it.where the southsidehoodz were,that was a bad part.then you had the airport and things like that .just like one bad part.then,you had portlandwhere everywhere was bad.you had the mafia,&the triads.you had stripclubs,****shops,bars and whatnot.that was a spot where you wouldn't wanna be.that for me did it.

tommy vercetti is in gta 3 as well as vice city? how come he never talks in gta 3? i personally like the leather jacket look in gta 3. its much more thug.

what pissed me off most was how GTA3 was the best selling PS2 game and when i saw in the back of the game thing that comes with the game i saw the thing about vice city.i was like damn i cannot wait till vice city comes out .i thought this was going to be the best game EVER.the day it came out,i bought it.i thought it would be really better than GTA 3.it wasn't.don't get me wrong,i liked the game,it just wasn't what the game before it was and it was near what i expected.did this happen to anyone else??

The release date for ANY GTA is not released until 10 days of it coming out. So we are in for a long wait! Many expect it to be ONLY compatable with PS3 but i doubt this. It will come out very soon ;) ...

Neither. Its set-in USA San Andres.

So it will have:

The Herans (proberley)
Mafia (possibly)

and alot of others... i think the cardies are gonna be in the new one :P

How do you know where's its taking place when no info has been given about the game?,they have said either Las Vegas or San Andreas,no one knows for sure though.

I agree,gta:3 was better to me too,i mean it seemed bigger and you could fly a dodo plane alot higher than that sea plane.And when you put in that weapons code,the peds fight back with kickass guns,do you know like what the city layout is?

I GOT TYRANT TO PROVE IT .. BEAT THAT. I COMPLETED A MISSION HE TOOK AGES TO DO and i completed it first time and it was grand theft aero<gta III. and ive got tropheys to prove i can spell prove. and i KNOW im the best driver

I am the best driver.

I have beaten EVERY racing game the very first time I've played it. Didn't need to try to beat it a second time cuz there was no second time. I completely finished GT3 A-Spec in about an 3 hours. All gold and first place in every race completed the first time. Glad I only rented it cuz it was way too easy.

You can get the pc version of gta3 for free if you know where to look ;)
