1 Need For Speed Underground
Itst he best looking game on PS2 yet.Andi t actully contorls good,any fan of the series or fan of the genre could do much worse than Undegorund
2 Midnight Club II
Its online,its online and its online. The control is pretty good,the grpahics are ight,the story/carrer sucks,the chracters are pretty cool,and the music is awsome.
3 Gran Turismo 3 Aspec
If this were year 2001 this would be number 1,but hey its almost 2004,so GT3 is a old peice of crap right?HELL NO.Its still the best car game ever made,and GT4 will probally be pushed back(not a jinx)and with 20 dollas you'd be one crazy mo fo not picking this up.
Starsky And Hutch
You probally dont even know this game,and rightfully so!!It aint popular,and thats what I like about it.It feels more like Vice City,becasue its in Bay City(like Miami)and you drive and shoot.But its on this list beacuse its driving only,no on foot segments like.........

Yeha so what fighting,stelath,shooting and duh driving,so what if driving is only a quarter of the genres mixed in this game,you spend most of the damn time doing this than other thing in the game,so thats why i put it on the list.Oh yeah you can do really cool shooting moves inside your car!!!
