A fistful of boom-lost

I seem to be having trouble finding my way around in Evil Dearborn. I released the prisoners form the cells in the sewers adn recieved the WRENCH from the old worker. I then opened several of the gates and ended up finding one piece to the Tri-Column puzzle in the back of the sewer. But I CANNOT find whatever it is that I need to open the gates and the ammo dumps. Please help!
