I tried the giveitem (item name) but all i got was a grenade icon thing. I clicked on it and it said no description yet. I tried doing it with a Medpac spelled exactly like it was in game. I tried spelling it in upper case and in lower case and other various ways. What am i doing wrong? I can get the other cheats that i have tried to work except this one.

Im guessing either no one knows or that the cheat no longer works due to game updates interfering some how.

I beat it being a goody good guy before i tried any of the cheats. I thought it would be fun to play through again with some of the best equipment in the game. Since i could not get the giveitem cheat to work though i didn't have that option when i played through the game on the darkside. Now after 2 weeks im done with the game.

I will probably play through it once or twice more as a women. These posts had got me thinking it would not be a bad idea since i have not seen absolutely everything the game has to offer. I would imagine the story would be slightly different playing as a women.
