If you are the Administrator, you must create the boards themselves.

Go to your boards. Go to the Admin Panel. Log in. You will see a bunch of commands. If you need specific help, I can join your boards, you can make me Admin, and I can set-up the basics for you, if you want.

Just use Forumotion.com, I have extensive experience with it, give me a PM when you need help.
I've ran over 3 forums over 2 years, plus being a co admin at another.
