Hey Could You Guys List All The Designated Sig Makers And Avatar Makers So That Members Know Who To Ask And Such, Maybe With An Example With Each?

And Also Information For Members Who Would Like To Become A Designated Sig Or Avatar Maker

I added most of the stuff. I also edited bits and pieces by WishM@ster and Shadowfax onto my manual, given proper credit, of course.

I think it would be easier to find it for people if it was in the gtraphics and request forums, instead of the manual, its fairly hard to find it when ur a new person and also if your unanware of ps...

Or what is it you would like me to update? I'll look into editing the Request's format, etc.
