I'm looking for a .gif file maker. Pref. one that I dont have to pay for, but can still get legaly.:tup:

WTF do you mean "what the hell do you mean"? If u change it to a jpeg, it will become a single frame image. And what I meant was moving GIF.

Hmm, im not sure there is any 'GIF Maker'..... You can save your animation as a .GIF of which you made it in.... Maybe try searching google?

I just Use Flash MX & Image Ready CS .....

Image Ready isnt free.... it comes with PS CS or PS 7.....

it means "Photoshop CS and PHotoshop 7.0" but yea, they cost a TON and are really good, except CS, its almost exactly teh same as 7.0 only a few updates.

There is a free program which makes GIF stills and animation (Primarily). It is called GIF Construction Set Pro.

my computer stoped being an ass and i searched for this GIF Construction Set Pro thing. I found a share ware version for $20.00!!! I thought u said it was free?

Go
File> Save Optimised as >.gif*

Or Just File> Save as > .gif*

You can even use Paint. Just File > Save As.

I think what he means is that he wants to make animated files. There are different programs to make animated stuff, I used a trial version of Paint Shop Pro, but my time's up so...

ok, sry about that. i didn't get wat u ment before. i listen to wat u said, it just didn't make sence. if u'd have said "Right Click On The Link > Save As" then i'd have gotten wat u meant.

when you ahve finished your pictur or whatever.

when you want to save as a .gif rite?

just NORMAL CLICK on file>save as

then it will ask you to name your file and choose format.

name it and chosse file type as .gif

i get it now. wat i was talking about was paying for the download. i know how to save a file i have made in the program, but i was unsure of whether or not i would get a bill
