My parents don't care, really. I'm 15.

I really can't help you out, but you should ask them to try out the games, music, or whatever it is they wont let you have and then judge it.

My parents dont allow me too, maybe they would if it doesnt have any ***ual content, but even so it would still be hard to convince them. But i have a chance if its just violence in the game.

listen, your 13 right? your dad is not being a bad father, your only just in high school, don't laugh but your probably only just maturing and older guys take advantage of younger girls, young people (and you'll agree ith this later in life) are very impressionable.
my little sister is 13 this year and since about November last year have my parents let her listen to music with foul language etc, it's just a lot of music has a lot to do with ***, drugs etc, and well you start wearing all sorts of ****ty outfits, and you might one day think,

well Snoop or Pac are rapping about weed and think I might see if my big bother or sister or one of my older friends can get some and you'll most likely smoke it with them, they'll probably be drinking to, you'll get ****faced, end up raped or dead, even just raped you lose all reputation and your integrity and I've seen it happen to people around me, they're devasted by it, just trust me, don't want to grow up to fast, you'll end up f ucked up like I am, trust me there is great music without having to listen all that foul mouthed stuff, tell me what records in particular your referring to

please take the time to read this post

don't read this and think I am being a do gooder or anything like that I just think it's stupid you guys want to grow up so quick you judt don't have the mentality to deal wth it all yet

I see what you mean but I have this straight edge thing going so no worries with the drugs, acohol or 'advantage'.As for the music I want to listen to stuff like Anti-Flag,Distillers,Mest and Rancid(the new album) not rap(I can't stand the stuff) and would never wear tight fitting stuff because when I wear it I feel constricted(don't ask).I'll leave that stuff to the girl who likes next door. The piercings and tattoos I understand but there are somethings that I don't.I mean he barely lets me go to the mall with my friends.Basicially I just want a little more freedom.Staying at home all day with nothing to do get real boring real fast.

One day you won't have your father around to watch over you. I was your age once. Enjoy it while you can.

Listen to Forsaken. i'm 19 TODAY!! :) And when i was 18 i was finally legal to be doing everything i was doing at 15, but the point is you are still so very young and you got all this **** to go,

your dad is damn straight if u was my kid i wouldn't let you hav out clubbing and stuff because today thats not wot u r doing more thrills r intoiduced, and the consequences just mean its not worth it, especially when you are young and defending yourself will b harder to do than when you legal at 18. and plus the number of sick older men these days...i will still probably want to know wot ur doing at 21 :P

listen to your dad, hes only doing his best for you and at least it shows he cares, at least u hav that...you got it all to come

do u have an older sister? or someone u can go to the mall with who can be there with u sorta thing without embarrasing u or something like that, I have a friend who's 15 and her mother is worried ****less about her going to the plaza and stuff, I've been a little **** ever since i turned 13 and I regret it, I should've done more of what I was told but I didn't ask your dad to listen tothe music and that, see what he thinks, tell him you want a little bit of freedom but don't go overboard with it, he only has the best interests for you

My dad says that if I want a CD with a Parental Advisory Label on it.....then I have to pay for it....though he still doesn;t approve........but ur parents are just trying to protect you....they want you to be a good person....it may sound gay but it's true.....But don't get something ur not allowed to and try to hide it from them.....that's a big no-no......

No I don't have an oler sister just a younger one.Let's turn my relationship into a hug for a minute.Hugs are great right(especially when you get one from the person you want) but when that person hugs you too tight it hurts and you wish they would losen up.That's my relationship right now and it really hurts. What abotu 15-16?Does that work better for the stuff I want?

DayleJ

at 16 year i suppose...a few things become legal then, which i won't mention
at 16 your more grown up and wiser i guess, sweet 16 is the term. but still is the problem i've not being recognised as an adult and at 16 your still very much at school and stuff and so independence out to the big wide world will not b of great knowledge to you.

but saying that at 16 i think you should b responsible for yourself such as piercings and m rated stuff i would guess is fine cuz at that age you r more related to it..so i wouldn't hav a problem i guess.....though thats cuz i'm talking about when i was 16 :P

but really, take in account of wot your dad says, hes been through it all, and todays era its tougher.....let him b a fathr to you where he wants to protect u, he wont b able to hold on forever because soon enough you will b an independent woman, just don't grow up to fast...

Well I got permission fro my mom to listen to some albums with parental advisory.I'll just get it take it straight up to my room and after that it should be fine.My dad won't know because he never goes in my room.So now I'll shut up and when I'm feel lucky I'll try again for the other things.
