You're not saving it as a GIF image when you upload it.

...umm it seems to me like you've tried to make the bg transperant. If you only used say photoshop it would only delete the bg in one frame and when you saved it you would have lost all other frames(I dunno why O_O)

You should use an animation program like Imageready or GifAnimator ;)
That way you can make each frames black bg transperant which will allow you to keep the animation.

Anyways once I ain't to lazy I'll do it for ya if you ain't done it yaself lol
