prince of persia help needed

i just bought prince of persia and i just past the part where you run up the wall to actavate the switch and the pillar raises and u only have a couple of seconds to get on top of it and get on to the pole u swing...well iv just done the bit further on when there are spikes under the ladder...i get up it and then u got to swing three poles and u get on to a ledge where u cant get up...if u leave go u die im stuck by there...help..

iv past that bit now....soz...now im stuck on the bit just after u cimb the big gigantic kinda bird cage withloads of poles..and that and....im ferther on where u gotto pull the lever and get past all the obsticles...and the last obsticle is where there are spike holes covering up all the floor and there are pilars so u cant run across the wall...

The only thing I understood was that u finished the birdcage...

a bit further after that u pull a leaver and u gotto get past all the traps before the door lowers to far so you cant get under..the traps are.... first one spinning nife ... bla bla bla bla..... and the last one is where there are spike holes covering all the floor so there is no where to walk past and there are pillars on each wall so i cant run across the wall i have about 15-20% health so i cant walk into the spikes and survive and carry o walikng...hope that helps u so u can help me....

You know when you slowly walk over the spiked traps you don't trigger them...
maybe that helps

iv gone furthe on POP now im on about 64% it is tricky finding out wht t do and all that but im doing it ok..had to ask my friend on one bit..the birds get on my nervs
