first you need to achieve 150 posts hav the option of a custom avatar.
if you need a picture resizing...u can always ask for it 2 b done in Graphics, i for one can do it for you...

Go on your User CP. Then click on edit avatar. Then click on "Use Custom Avatar" and either upload one from your computer or use the URL of a website. :D

Oh, and ActionGamer? PM an Admin if you want your name changing.

Do you mean, how to you get the sig to display? Well, first you need a host. I used to use Tinypic but I have learnt that www.imageshack.us is more reliable so use that. Click on the browse button on the site, look around for your image, click on it, and click host it. Then, look for some image code. It'll look something like (all the hosting text here). Copy and paste that into the signature box, and your sig should be displayed...

Well, I think it's random times. Your cheatcodes could be submitted the next day, the next week...Don't think I'd go so far as to say the next month but they get submitted eventually.

^ some are custom titles which staff get and donators and the rest are just standard cheatingdome user set titles... it all depends on the number of post you have, I'm not sure when yours will change from cheatingdome peep tho... DaylJ has mentioned it a few times in this thread I think.

Staff get special privilidges, and no, you can't have a custom title. Those are also earned.

The Donator Group, who could have custom titles, was open to the public, so anyone could join it without having to necessarily donate. We had that changed since it was an obvious problem whenever people would abuse it.

I think that was a long time ago, possibly before my time. Perhaps it was for staff only, though. I'm not sure.

At the start of C/D they were readily useable, but that got changed and now custom titles are only for staff and a feature for people that donate.

Ok, I'm not 100% sure on this but to become a designated graphics maker do you have to beat any of the designated makers?

no. just prove that you are a highly skilled in graphics and if the designated makers believe that you are then they will put you forward as one.
