Have anyone got the cheats seen on cheatingdome for way of the samurai 2 to work?

I tested all of them but none worked.
Does anyone know what the problem is?

Restore health:
Press Start to pause game play, then hold L1 + R1 and press Down, Up, Right, Left, Down, Up, Square. A sound will confirm correct code entry.

Restore stamina:
Press Start to pause game play, then hold L2 + R2 and press Right, Left, Right, Left, Down(2), Square. A sound will confirm correct code entry.

Extra money:
Press Start to pause game play, then hold L1 + L2 and press Left, Left, Up, Down(2), Up, Square. A sound will confirm correct code entry.

More store items:
Press L1, R1, L1, R1, R2(2), Triangle at the main map. A sound will confirm correct code entry. In the Japanese version of the game, press L1, R1, L1, R1, L2, R2, Triangle at the main map.

All characters:
Enter the character customization screen and highlight the "Name Selection" option. Quickly press L1, R1, R2, L2, L1, R1, R2, L2, Square. Press Left or Right to select a new character.

Hard mode:
Successfully complete the game under the easy and normal difficulty setting to unlock the hard difficulty setting. Alternately, collect over 1,000 points after completing the game.

Very Hard mode:
Unlock the hard difficulty setting, then successfully complete the game under the easy difficulty setting again.

Sudden death mode:
Collect over 7,500 points after completing the game.

Alternate costumes:
Successfully complete the game to unlock more costumes. Additional selections will be unlocked each time the game is completed.

Bonus characters:
Successfully complete the game to unlock more characters at the character customization screen.
