Question: Reputations...

What are reputations, i just checked and it said ive got 10 (when i clicked teh scales in my last post) and it said ive got 10, who gave me them? and r they good or bad? how can i check them or is it only admins?

Nothing really, they just (try to) indicate how known the person is, Admin/Security/Mods should have higher rep, but at the moment they dont.

Also, if someone is spamming/misc stupid crap, we can lower his rep, so we can know about him in the future. Honestly is crap alone, i think its designed for hacks to be installed so you can unlock things with it.

FYI: the other boards use it for like if your reputation is very low, it can auto-ban, or there are some boards that if the reputation is high, they get some privilages.

Click on that little scale thingy in your post and it shall tell you your reputation points. I've got 23 now! Yay! Lol.

EDIT: Pingu you scales testing fool! Redusing my reputation by one point for fun. I'm gonna go cry... :P

hi, i'm just testing the scales thing tee hee... seems pretty pointless to me... a spammer may get more points becauset hey have spammed? hmmmmmm

It would do them no good. The spammers can get disapproved by others causing their points to lower.

I also do not think that someone could award themselves.

but people can help each other boost without them really earning the reputation boost, that is wrong :(

go into your user cp scroll down and it will show who u got your reputation from, green block indicate good reputation, red blocks bad reputation, the more reputation points u hav the better

Yeah what does blue mean? I have 2 blue rep points but they havn't increased or decreased my rep points. Yay, I got 20 points! :P
