i found it a little puzzling, so i'm trying to see if you can figure out where the extra person comes from. i'm good at puzzles, but this one had me staring at every single guy one at a time when the picture changed.

NO, I think the dude at moving from the next to last column, top row fills an empty spot on the top row of the 2nd column :P . Every other space is always filled by some1!
