Yea it should have been a temp ban but I think he's banned from c/d for good.
We know this because it says guest under both Mortal Kombat Master's (ddm) and Subzero's user names and they were put on a temp ban for spamming the boards.

Banned= Banned from c/d for good. (acount deleted) and if they tried to rejoin admin staff have ways of telling if it's the same person or not.

Right I think all question on banning have been answered now.
