Dreamweaver sucks imo.
After 2 years of using Macrmedia god awful web programms ive settled down to using good old 'Crapers Editor'. Plus its only $129.

What people dont get is that dreamweaver or any WISYSIG isnt meant to replace editing the code yourself, it gets the basics down and you then edit the page till its right. Relying on it is what too many people do, nothing can replace a good ol' text editor to clean code created by them.

wtf?
erm to have one like this it will set you back an easy $100+ a month i woud say... Especialy with the amount of Badnwidth genie gets through.
A good package with unlimited MySQL, 50GB Badnwidth (monthly), Unlimited Web Space would cost about £90/$140+...
Luckily i have my owns erver so i have unlimited everything :P

just use notepad which is installed by default with all versions of windows and then you can upload them using the browser based utility provided by your host.
i use proboards.com putting www. in front of it just go to sign up to make your own site and its FREE

Sora: free hosting services can be very good, if you find the right one. All my sites until about 6 months ago where on free services, I now own my own server and will be providing hosting myself at some point in the near future.
