Any artists up for a challenge?

What i need, is going to be complicated.

I need two cartoon characters made, for two of my characters in a different website. They dont have to be a certain style or anything, just two human characters made in a program like photoshop to suit a description.

I use a site called wrassle, its an "efed". Its wrestling, but you write mostly everything. An "Electronic WWE".

My two characters there are Blue Thunder and Cj Flame. I want to put they're biography/history on my website, but id love to have pictures for each of them just to make it realistic. Not only that, but putting pictures to my nicknames just for the sake of doing it would rock.

Even something like a colored sketch would be kick ass.

I really dont know what to offer in exchange for this, but im open for ideas.

Colors: Red/black/white
Style: Hip hop/urban.

Hair: Jet black and shoulder length
Eyes: Red (Be creative.)

Blue Thunder

Colors: Blue/Black
Style: Urban

Hair: Blue and spiky
Eyes: Darkish blue

Anyways... your best bet for here to get that would be to see if one of our drawers can do it...Unless u want a vector of a guy then I'd be happy to try it out =) *trys actually re-learning photoshop*
