graphics probs on prisoner of azkaban

:mad: Having major problems with the graphics on prisoner of azkaban. Have installed everything correctly, all my settings are fine, but when I load the game the picture is fuzzy, sound is ok. Have updated my video card, all ok. Have direct x 9.0. Can anyone advise please? Thanks

The information you need is in the text file and under tech. support.

First make sure 3d Accel. is enabled by doing a search (under Find Files or Folders) for DXDIAG.exe and running that file. Be sure Direct 3d Accel. is enabled.

Second, if you installed your card after installing the game you will need to right click on the desktop icon and select properties. In the target field add to the end of the line "-safemode" (without the quotation marks). Run the game from the desktop icon again. You will be given some options. Choose to run the game in hardware mode (if you don't have the appropriate card, it runs in software mode). That should do the trick.
