how in the blue hell can a cd skip if it dont have any scratches on it!?

i burned a cd up at my friends house yesterday and i cant play it all that good cause the peice of somethin wont play cause it skips and it dont have a single friggen scratch on it! :mad:

could be that the cd player doesn't read burnt cd's thats whats wronf with my cd player ..its old now

some CDR's are made crappy and are off balance and that causes it to skip. They're a lot of reasons why a new burned CD would skip.
