Shrek 2 :-( Stuck

I'm currently at the stage where I'm playing as the cat and am in a locker room, I think that I've got to find a way to get up to the platform with a switch on it and then onto another platform above a door where there is a mesh opening but I am stuck here and can't manage to get to either of the platforms? Also there is a picture on another wall with a room behind it, how do I get to access this room? I've been stuck at this level for a week or more now and can't find any solution, please help.

Ok, well you have to go through the lockers until you reach the showers (they look like little yellow boxes with curtains,) and take a right. Theres a pipe hanging vertically on the wall. Back away from it a little and do a double jump forward onto the pipe. Climb up and pull the switch. A platform will come towards you but you have to jump on the first time its there otherwise you'll have to pull the switch 2 more times. While you're on the moving platform you can either get off at the platform with the vent or jump onto the platformm moving towards the pic of the fairy godwitch. You can do either, but if you go to the secret room, you'll have to jump out of the pic when you're done and climb the pipe all over again. ;o
