Depends on the type of folder it was in. If you require Winzip and your PC doesn't provide it, then yes, you will need to download it.

Winzip is one of my "essential" programs which gets installed straight away on any install of windows I do, even those I do for clients.

yea its kind of an important program if you want to fill a lot of stuff on a little bit of space
