for weeks people have been making their own forums with some other site! they have been sending me these never ending ads for it! it is annoying! and I want in! how do i make a forum with this site? and what site is it?

yes.....The home page of HYperboards,you will see like 4 or 3 links there go to the self made skins link and ask for some there,i could make your hyperboards look cool but iam on my dad's Comp and i have to get off so do what i told you to do or wait for me to return on my mom's tommorow nite. :P

if you want a decent board you pref. need one like phpbb which requires you have a proper host and some technical knowledge. The reason why alot of hyperboards fail is the fact they look unproffesional and unmaintained.
