What game is this?

does anyone know the name of this SNES game i played aaaaages ago, you had to collect "neon signs" or visit them and find "fast food outlets" and travel between planets on a space ship. there was also a dog called rover and he said "stupendous". at the start you could choose to be a girl or a boy. i think it was a pretty bad game, i think there was also some type of green eyeball things on the planets.

if anyone recognises this game please tell me,, i'm really interested to see what it was called and any screen shots of the game because its a really vague memory of mine from when i was little. ;o

:confused: i had a look at the screen shots for earthbound and run saber but neither of them were the game i remembered.

its not light fantasy, i looked at some screen shots + that looks lke a fun game. the game is an rpg game

It sounds to me like earthbound. And by the way earthbound does not suck. It's a great game. Check out earthbound and see if it is what you are looking for.
