You require certain tickets that are given out in Nintendo events. If you can't go to these events, I recommend you use an Action Replay (cheat device).

This question must be for the new games? I know how to catch Lugia and Ho-Oh in Gold/Silver/Crystal. Never heard of deoxys.

Yeah, new games - Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald and Fire Red/Leaf Green.

Search the Safari Zone. If you can't find it there,go to the slots.

to get dratini you can use the slots or the super rod in the safari zone

to get lugia ho-oh and deoxys you need to get 2 seperate tickets. Ho-oh and lugia r on the same island with 2 different floors. ho-oh is on the top and lugia on the botom. Deoxys is hard to get because you have to solve a puzzle to get to deoxys.

to cacth deoxys in the city that has the space centre talk to 1 of the people in there one of them tells you the no. of succesful lanch when it is 65 he will offer you the chance to take a ride say yes and it will take you to the moon where you can find deoxys.

Lugia and Ho-oh i save the master ball for 1 and used a mixter of fast balls and ultra balls weaken them down put to sleep.
