I know wat you all are thinkn , "he's mad in the head," but you see, i believe in the whole make a ki ball thing and i think that it is real because when i do some execises i can feel the ki and get a tigle in my hands and everywhere, plus here's a great site for all of you who are interested: http://www.geocities.com/thekidojo/#intro

I hope that You believe me and dont take me as a wakko, ppl have actually done this( I think ) and this kinda stuff is really powerful.

Very interesting, but I believe using the energy in your body for creating a ki blast for example in an effective way takes not days, but years of practice. I haven't read all of it yet though. I will when I have the time because I'm quite interested in energies...

BTW, maybe this should be moved to Philosophy Precinct :rolledeye

I believe this is Some form of Meditation, having you focus on one thing or another, sure, you probably will not create a Ki (Blast) but it may Create some form of energy within you, I cant think of the word though, but its spiritual energy Formed within Deep Meditation, hmm.

Yea i agree that it is a form of energynd meditation, even though you canne see it, it is still a very powerful force and should be used wisely, i have read on a site that someone had charged up a ball and threw it across a room nearly knocking his brother off the bed. :D

pep don't be so quick to rule it out, i believe wat the chinese call 'chi' or 'lifeforce' does flow throughout everyone, i believe that with proper state of mind and state of being one can focus these energies.. the famous 'one inch punch' is a prime example of this... can anyone do this... possibly, with the right dedications and training.

I wonder have any of you ever meditated or tryed to focus energy, I know I have and one time a few days ago i was focusing on my ki and i felt a pushing force between my hands, this may have been a ki ball but then as soon as i got it i lost it again cuz i was excited, lol. :)

I think the reason for it to work or not, is whether you BELIEVE in it or not. I think that if your believe in this "ki" is big, it might just work for you. So I would have to agree with Invader_Gir

Anyway, I suppose if you actually strongly believe in this Ki Ball thing then maybe you can make them...However, I do not believe, therefore I say it's impossible. :P

i couldnt see the ki, only feel it
and i didnt use it recently, tho i have annoyed my brother with it (he doesnt believe in it and just thinks im throwing little things at him, its quite funny really)

I think that it is real altough really hard to do, I am trying it anyway, and if it doesnt work then........meditation is good for you anyway, clears the mind and relaxes you. There is different types of blasts you can do, the ki blast which only damges other living things and then there is a jing blast which, powerful enough could destroy a whole building(or so i've read, but you'd have to be really powerful to do that). You may not believe in ki but there is such a thing called tan tien, it is our center, there is also Hara(japenese).

Okay, lets fix some facts, Ki cannot knock down people, it disrupts there life force. Jing cannot do that either, that harms the body in disastourous ways. Yes you can see ki balls, but faintly. You have to open your crown chakara/mind's eye and you will see them faintly. Send any more questions via. this forum or PM.

ok lets get a few things straight. I want someone to tell me how you can FORCE ENERGY OUT OF YOUR HANDS?! you feel a tingle so that MUST mean that your forcing energy out. so when your done do you like feel weak bcuz you have no energy left? are you guys so young that you believe everything you read on the internet and hear on telivision? or is it that you know that your different from billions of people who have lived before you and can do NOTHING! It would be cool to do that...but those are sadly obsolete because we have stun guns. Pure energy is shot, and that saps all of the energy from the target's body.

Wrong. Ki is constantly flowing, although it get's blocked by life's events, according to Toihei Sensei, founder of Ki Aikido. When meditating, you clear those blocks up.

ur body has 4-5 chakras or points in the body that regulate the flow of chi. these can become blocked over time or begin to spin in the wrong direction causing harm to your body and can make u feel tired sick etc.

ok if anyone here practices Tai Chi or Chi Gung (sp) your well ahead of these monkeys as these (espicially the second) promote the flow of chi and build up energy

your crown chakra is the highest chakra on your body (located on the middle of your forehead) there are 7 chakras, i believe, on the body.

i think i believe in Ki, but am not sure. Ripley's believe it or not had some guy on who could force heat from his hands, which he used to...help people with back pain, not destroy the world or knock his brother off the bed. the heat was not visible to the naked eye, but was highly visible when they used a thermoscope. again, this was tv and therefore possibly fabricated...

beliving in Ki is the same as believing in God, ghosts, and the like. the reason so many people in "the West" dont believe is because this is a very "East"-centric way of thinking, which was kept as a guarded secret for many years in Asia. by the time it reached america and europe, we were already locked into our dominantly monotheistic society (which, to be fair, is as absurd to some people as Ki balls are to most Westerners)

woooo.....i think i used all my ki writing that. time for a powerbar, then back to trying to knock myself off the bed.

You can send it out of your hands, it does not do any damage to any physical objects, just puts a gap in their life force which can kill or harm someone. Also, you can heal people. Please do not try any of these things, there may be death. This is for your own safety. Thanks.
