Transferring music from iPod to PC

-> basically the same as iTunes with more features, like ripping.

b) Enable the viewing of hidden folders, plug in your iPod, go to My computer, ipod, ipod_controls, and go to music, and copy the lot.

-> Downside - the music is random in the folder, and most of files arent named.

so since this seems fairly iPod related, is there a way to delete songs from my ipod? i know that sounds dumb but when i delete them they go off of my playlist and stuff but when i play all of my songs in shuffle they are still there and i dont get it.

These programs are for transferring Music that are on your iPod onto a PC, iTunes can only do the opposite.

oh i see now.. i never needed to do that because if i want to listen to them on my comp i just plug it in and select, then i dont have to waste the memory :)

isnt there a docking staiton that u have to plug the ipod into to get music off of it. to put it on theres a usb cord but i think there is a docking staiton that u have to get for it :(

Transferring music from iPod to PC - I never do that too, but nxt time i will try it if i get any good software to transfer them.
