Just a little help needed...

first off i would like to know how to make animation. i dont know if it's as easy as that, but is there some way for me to find out? and the other one is how can i make different borders? I really only know how to do the basic thing. thanks!

For borders, simple create a border (perhaps thicker or thinner), and then go to layer preferences and mess with that a little.

As for animations, go to the Tutorial forum. Anubis created a tutorial on simple animation, which should aid you in the basics. You may then expand.
