Fable Help Topic

[SPARTAN VI]

Welcome, one and all.
I am the Cyborg Gamer, or will be if I could get PMs to work.
I would like to help all those who are haveing trouble with fable since I was one of the first to get the damn thing, becasue I pre-ordered it I have at this date finished the game 25 times and a best time of 9 hours and 43 minites, so I am willing to help anyone.

how do i mount trophies at the houses that i buy?
which houses have the trophy mounts?
Which house has the most trophy mounts?

you buy a house and there should be a wooden mount on the wall you go over there and go to trophies with the d pad and choose the trophy.all of the houses you buy have trophy mounts.Im not sure what one has the most mounts.

Well, you can stay young by donating tons of cash at the Temple of Avo. I donated something like 40K for a laugh, and one of the monks said 'A rare miracle has occured! Avo has given you the gift of youth!' So I checked my stats to find that my character was 10 years younger...

yea did that after i beat hte game and it ticked me off cause i was wantin him to die

You can get tanned? Haha, I'd imagine you'd either have to be a really good guy, or just spend lots of time in the sun.

yeh i just wish u culd not age so quick*thinks of a new thread* so then i culd *thinks of dancing*tan and not get old and crap tat sux i just wish u culd age 3/4s slower but thnx 4 the advice LS mate.

If u want to stay young for good then dont upgrade your stats at the guild, ultimatly you wont age a day unless u do alot of good deeds but believe me that takes ages. Unfortunatly you'll have to start a new game cuz remember you cant erase the choices you've made. hope this helps. :)

now if anyone didnt upgrade any stats....you would freaking suck... i also suggest to stay young is not to use so much of that damn magic...Remember the boss when you were escaping jacks prison? I used fireball and lightnig on him...now get this...when i went in..i was 42 when i came out i was 51.

Now has anyone noticed that spartan was supposed to answer these questions...and yet we all are except him?

hmm good point about the spartan thing but it doesnt quite suck if u dont upgrade but its not great imade it uout have way thru without upgradeing sept my health bar. i made a file of what my dream hero would look like but i still upgraded until i woz 28( thats when your hair starts to go grey ).

Does any1 have blue rings/marks on the face and body from being good or maybe its magic, i thought i'd asked cuz i saw it in a interveiw, unless they cut it out of the game ;o

Hmm i dunno, my guy has the blue lines on his body but on the cheast it looks like that dark vortex tatoo.

i guess you could say that but it is adictive when you get a good combo of magic like lightning force push then fireball.

Hi, i have just joined today, and i have a prob, i bought Fable last week and i have not played since, cos i go to school for three week periods then go home for an 'exeat' so i am not too chuffed with that but the prob is, i want to know how much it is to buy a normal house, and can i leave stuff in there without it disappering? Or shall i buy a chest or something to store it in? :cool:

umm well i think the average price is bout 3000-5000 i think. o havent played in a while.

the cheapest price is about 4,000 and the most expensive (house) is about 60,000 i think. Pretty sure the most expensive shop is the tavern in hook coast for 117,000. And no, you can't put items in your house, and you can't buy chests, but you can carry around as much crap as you want because there isn't a limit.

Just take everything cool you learned about the game and erase it from your memory and you'll enjoy it. If you expect all that "drop an acorn in the woods and come back to find a tree" bull then you will hate this game, because lionhead really slacked off most of it just before the release.
