Its all too hard and heavy, i think you need a tiny blur on the background, and the border shape is nice, but i dont like the effect.
2ND:
VERY nice I like al0t++
But why do you have Radiant on it?

Because I think he still wants his name changed to Radiant.

sorry been at my dads so i haven't had time to change it.
In response to:
1)its heavy because the second layer is on hard light so it makes the effect that it is a heavier colour...
2) Thanks - And my new name is Radiant, as soon as admin can change it :P

@RE:1 - Yeah I know, but i think you should combine the layers, and add a tiny Gaussian Blur, like 0.x pixels..:)

I like it :D well done. i think he's right about the double name. and now it think that the border is kinda fuzzy, is that from the blur? just dosn't looke right to me...
