Two Color Effect:
This is a sort of two tone effect that gives your image of one color i
nice two color effect.

Before beginning tutorial, make sure you are using RGB, Image>Mode>RGB

Firstly you need an image to use this effect on.You can use the one
below, or use your own.

Now Duplicate the layer.
[b]Layer->Duplicate Layer

Now gaussian blur the duplicated layer.
Filter->Blur->Gaussian Blur
With a setting of 3.1pixels

Your image should Look like this:

We are now going to add colour to both the layers

Hit CTRL+U for the hue/saturation
settings:

Hue:28
Saturation:61
Lightness:0

Should now look like this:

Now go back to your normal layer and add a deep red to it.
(Click the eye next to the coloured layer, so you can see it)

Hit CTRL+U again.

Hue:0
Saturation:80
Lightness:0

Your non-blured layer should look like this:

Now go back to your Blured layer and change the Blending Mode to
Screen
(this is on your layer palette > a drop down menu at the top left).

Now you should have something like this:

Nice tutorial.

Note: Remove one of either signatures. This is your last warning. Check your PMs.

theb acjground is supposed to be the main image. Add a border, and do more to the text, adding other images makes it look out opf place...

But nice effort :)

The background is nice (looks like you kinda copied it tho[imHo]) and for the image you should cut out the background and change the hue saturaine level to match the background and then fade it. but i would just not have in image at all :P Nice work tho!
