A little Sapphire Help needed

What times can I find the Shoal Salt in the Shoal Cave; i always stumble onto the Shoal Shells (have like 20 of them) but never teh Salt.... can sum1 plz help!!! :mad:

Okay, in order to get shoal salt you have to go to Shoal cave at low tide(when the water is shalow).The tide changes every 6 hours.
