I tihnk it could be dreams that are the reality and our waking moments are the dream. If you see what i mean...

Yes, I understand what you mean, but i don't really think that is possible...but everyone has their own different beleifs.

it could be yourself going to a different plane in the astral, only you dont realise this untill you either find out or wake up so you cant seem to control what you do and thus dont believe me? o_O
ive confused myself

Or it could be that your brain is extremely bored, and so it forms dreams to keep it busy. (or at least one way)

Well, I think before your brain goes to sleep (IE: When you go to sleep) your brain sort of puts on a movie for your body to watch. This movie being a dream. Basically, dreams are things to keep your body busy while your brain sleeps.

its weird to control a dream...like, when you think something it is just starting already. does it make sense to say its like your subconcious mind is reading your concious mind?

Sometimes I do that. I'm like half-asleep thinking of something in my mind, and it slowly sort of molds into a dream. It's weird...

ya, a lot of the time your dreams will be based on something from that day or whatever you were thinking before you went to sleep...they say that if you are having trouble with something (like a math problem) and you go to sleep thinking about it, you will have the answer when you wake up. but i havent gotten this to work yet.

i dont know about thinking about maths would give you the answer while youre asleep >_O
most of the people i know would hate to think about maths so much to what to sleep about it anyway :p
but you never know... you may find the answer and then forget it =/

Possibly, dreams are the portal to the oblivion...
To be less cryptic, maybe dreams are a way to look at things outside of our existence (ie Parallel Realities, the Afterlife, etc.)?
Makes sense to me. What we dont allow ourselves to see in day-to-day life comes through when we sleep. It's like a quantum mechanics thing (a very interesting topic).

thats cool
like you enter the astral without even knowing youre there, and thus just think its another reality. you know that its not your normal one, and thus you know, just when you are dreaming you are too involved with whats going on to even realise that you are, and its only certain times you are able to figure that out by seeing things that are totally out-of-wack
hehe
