I'm having some trouble on my Fire Red.I restarted and I'm having ahard time beating the Pokemon League. Here's my team:
Blastoise:
Lv.68
Bite
Rain Dance
Surf
Hydro Pump
Zapdos:
Lv.51
Shock Wave
Detect
Agility
Drill Peck
Other than that all I have is a bunch of weak ones, and I would trade with my friend but my mom won't always let me.

see if you can get a strong ground pokemon and a strong poison/ice pokemon trained up to about the same level and get some moves that make the foe sleep, freeze and poisoned they work well in the pokemon league although i dont have fire red i have leaf green but they are the same oh
id say arbok and dewgong/articuno would dewgong is better less weak against fire and fighting
GOOD LUCK!!

just raise the other ones theres a good spot at the top of the bike rode thingy with alot of bikers to kill the crap out of its especially good to raise gengar since its ghost/poison it doesnt get much damage from attacks and it raises fast oh and if you can trade for it and get it boosted experience
