ROMs are illegal, and CheatingDome does not enforce illegal activity, thus we can't speak of ROMs or Emulators. The rules? There have been threads, they're probably gone by now.

got to - they have an amazing amount of pokemon emerald information.
To be honest i thought it was going to be pokemon r/s but with a more detailed battle tower type thing. but i was wrong its an extremely lot more, its like another new game so now im realy exited!!!
