i got pissed while playing NFL2K5 and i punched the top of my Xbox. hard. it screwed the disc to the point where i dont think i can play a whole game anymore. just wanted to warn ppl that the box, despite being the size of a newlyy birthed calf, cant take a hit. the box will still work, but your game will have a nice little ring cut around the bottom. good thing i hit it while playing the $20 game, and not something more expensive...

i expected it to just reset or sumthin, like my ps1 used to when i dropped a heel on it! besides, i didnt plan on hitting it, it just happened. anger management?

considering a lot of the ppl here are either skinny litttle runts or 10-13 year old kids the Xbox would appear large and heavy to u wouldn't it?

I own both a PS2 and X-box and there isn't much in it in terms of weight I dont think.

Anyway don't be to sure about that Forsaken... 2 people I know in Aus, Dave and Shez... well here is the story. Dave was drunk, I forget what he said he was doing but he put the PS2 next to the window that was open....and apparently he lives in, well rather a tall building, block of flats or somthing.

Anyway, shez turns round not noticing were Dave had placed the PS2
well you guess it, the PS2 took a flying lesson of a 30ft drop. to the ground with Gran Turismo 3 inside it. Disk yea that was fine, PS2 hmm rather not. A little tape, a few of the parts thrown back in, some clue, a new laser and well the thing barked back into life.

End result: PS2 lives on to fight anbother day :P Lucky it crashed vertcaly when it hit the ground, horizontal and I don't think it would have lived at all.... the bottom of it would have met the top lol Pancakes anyone.

You're joking! The X-Box is heavier than the PS2. Trust me, it's way heavier. Go get your X-Box + PS2 and see! :P

nah... punching little brothers is fun! even if hes 7 and your 11! like me! its also fun punching unexpecting people on the bus when youre angry. trust me, i do it all the time! oh andn i do agree that you shouldnt hit your x-box. uncle did it, broke it entirely.

nitrous did your mates in aus fix the xbox themselves or get someone else to do it. In a way I think they are kinda lucky in a way as firstly, i'm not the one u would trust with wires and stuff like that secondly, to get someone to fix my xbox i wouldnt know where to start i cant ask any relatives because i think my mechanical skills run in the family.

my brother left the ps2 running far a few months in a row and the damn thing caught fire =/

got a new one tho, \o/
havent got a x-box though, my sister does, i want one but there isnt really anywhere to put it :P

also, im the youngest but i normally go and attack my brother whose almost 21, and i usually end up winning
he punches hard tho -_-
