Yeah, mine don't show up either. It says 'Update Command Sent!' but they still don't show up. Do you need to play 50 songs before they show up?

it starts from scratch. Only counts the songs from the time you installed the plugin. For example it says my top song is Linkin Park & Jay Z - Numb/Encore, whereas its certainly not. Just top song at the moment. :D

It could be your firewall maybe...I doubt it'd be your anti-virus/spyware program...Not sure. Try looking at the settings on your firewall to see if anything could be stopping the songs coming up.

It might not be sending because you might not have correct ID3 tags on your music. Check the forums, their is some good information there beucase I bet someone else already had the same problem as you and it is answered in there.

iTunes is the most pwnage music player, labels everything automatically on CD insert, Imports very quickly ripping in multi-formats, creating playlists is very easy, and creating 'smart playlists' is great. Its easy to see and use, I think winamp is too cluttered.

Haha, well speaking of this, I actually have formed a band (3 piece) with two of my good friends.

One is vocals and bass, and percussion (gongs and tam tams, cow bells and marracas etc.)
Other is classic guitar, vocals, and keyboards
I am drums and synth

And we play experimental...jazz/metal/folk/dance/melodic etc....

I want them to play metal but so far..it is to no avail

(Marco, you'll be in the cd under the Thanks haha)

And that is why I must move to Finland, to be with others who enjoy making and listening to quality music

Metallica was clearly thrash metal earlier in their career, as anyone could see. And over time, they slowly became more of a hard rock. And this may surprise you. But I do respect them, some people believe that they put metal on the board (the board being the music scence) and they are right I believe for the most part. They were the first metal band to sell as many albums as they did. Plus, I thought when they made that whole carfuffle about the Napster thing stealing money from their pockets that it was justified. Since being an artist myself I can only imagine how frustrating that must be on the large scale of things.

No, Last FM is a site which calculates music charts for you. You register, download a plug-in for your media player, listen to music and it comes up on your page. You favourite artists and tracks are calculated. You can also join music groups, discuss music or just random stuff like in the C/D group...

You can't download music there.

You register an account at www.lastfm.com, download and install a plug-in for Windows Media Player from the site, copy CDs to your computer, listen to them on Windows Media Player (if that's the media player you are using) and the songs you play will show up on your page.

If you want to download music off the Net, you'll have to find out how yourself.

Apparently, I'm the 4th biggest fan of FF on there, but there are peeps below me with FF listened to 3000+ times, whereas my FF stats are about 1,700...
