I don't like the first two. Try messing around with brushes instead of just filters with applied filters and the like. The third seems to stand out a little more than the other two, did you use the Dodge Tool or the Lighting Effects filter? Nevertheless, it's the best out of the three. Maybe you could work on it a little more and make it even better. Good job, though.
