Honestly im just not a fan of pic's like that in sigs, never have..

BTW for the font, you should click on the effects button on the bottom right of the screen, on the layers tab, its an 'f' in a circle.

Maybe give the font a 1 pixel black stroke on normal blending setting at around 70% opacity.

Umm..
As, Me, Being the one that does a ton of Blending, I`d say that Image is Way too small, Needs something else in the left corner, ehh, and Needs to be blended better. Umm, all i can say is: try differnt things, If you dont like it, someone else Does. :)

These are much better than the other ones. Except don't save it in gif format. You lose all kinds of colors.

No never bad!! Thats a ****ty way to do a border on text imho.

Make a new layer, ctrl + click your text layer.

Select --> Modify --> Expand
Make it 1pixel

Now just fill that selection on the new layer with black or w/e colour of your choice....Just make sure it goes nicely with your whole image.

Sure it'll make editing later on harder or just a royal pain but the overall effect is nicer and cleaner and doesn't screw up when u change the text like it would with the effects one o_O

But thats just me >.>
