can't help there, i haven't beaten the elite 4 +1 yet but i'm battling lorelei right now so, i might be able to get back to u there some time after the elite 4 +1 is beaten.

On 5 island, u should have two of the passwords already if you have gotten teh ruby and went in the dotted hole on Six Island.

yeah i went on different site and found out. after you get all the legendarys/have all pokemon what else is ther to do? any ideas? dont say perfect team, cause ia lready have it. ill post it in the team one sometime soon.

In order to get the Sapphire, you must first get the Ruby, then you must defeat the Team Rocket members in the Ice Cave. Now all you have to do is go to Six Island and go to the Dotted Hole entrance and cut down the door. You will be in a room with a hole in the ground which gets you to a room full of holes. Look at the brail in the middle of the room which tells you which hole to jump down each time. If you don't want to bother reading it, jump down the holes in the following order: UP, LEFT, RIGHT and then DOWN. You will see the Sapphire, but when you try to pick it up, a scientist will steal it.

This Scientist will venture back to the Team Rocket Warehouse on Five Island in the Meadows. By now you will have both of the door codes, so you can enter the Warehouse. Now simply make your way along until you reach the Scientist, he will battle you and when you win he will give you the Sapphire.
Then just give the Sapphire to Celio and you will then be able to trade with Ruby and Sapphire Versions.

First you must defeat the Elite Four and with 60 kinds on you Kanto Dex, visit Professor Oak and get the National Pokédex. Then you must travel to the Islands and go to Mt. Ember. Now you must beat the 2 Rockets blocking a cave entrance. Go in and make your way to the Ruby! Get it and leave. Now go and give the Ruby to Celio and obtain the RAINBOW PASS. Now go to Island 4 and go to the Ice Cave. Find HM07 Waterfall and teach it to something. Now surf up the Waterfall and find Lorelei. Defeat the Rocket who battles you and then go to Island 6. Go to the Dotted Hole Entrance and Cut down the door and go in. Jump down the hole in the middle of the room. Now jump down the holes in the next room in the following pattern: UP, LEFT, RIGHT and DOWN. Get the Sapphire.

When the Scientist snatches it off you, leave and go to Island 5. Go to the Meadows and find the Rocket's Warehouse. Make your way up to the Scientist, defeat him and get the Sapphire from him. Now go and give the Sapphire to Celio. Now to trade to Ruby and Sapphire all you have to do is go to any Pokémon Centre and talk to the Link Cable Trade Link Woman and you should be able to trade with Ruby and Sapphire.

That is the step-by-step method. If there are any steps that have been missed by you that may explain it!

Are you sure that you have completed everything?
What does Celio say when you talk to him now (he is the guy you give the Ruby and Sapphire to)? Maybe if I knew the answers to those questions I could tell you the correct solution!!!

lol hi!!! HRKEB, i can see ur online and no doubt posting away, i have a question, its been so long since i actually "played" Fr/Lg i have forgotten the steps needed to compelte it :-S.

I have just gotten the ruby but i am not sure where to go now and sort out the sapphire, i want to get it to the stage so i can challenge elite 4, its so embaressing :-S lol

but i have been playing on fire red cart and leaf green cart for aobut 400 hours each lol, its just a secondary LG i decided to use " in order to do PKMN maker thangs!"

First you must defeat the Elite Four. By now you should have 60 Pokémon from Kanto! Professor Oak should run to you and take you to his lab where he gives you the National Pokédex. Now that you have the Ruby, you must go to the Ice Cave and go up the Waterfall, eventually you will find Lorelei and some Rockets. Defeat the Rocket who challenges you and they will leave. Now head for 6 Island and head for the Dotted Hole, cut down the door and enter. You will be in a room with a hole in the middle of it, jump down the hole.

Now you will be in a room with 4 holes (1 in each direction). Jump down the holes in this order: UP, LEFT, RIGHT and DOWN. You will fall down and appear beside the Sapphire. Go for it and a Scientist will snatch it from you! He will give you the second password to the Warehouse door.

Now head for 5 Island and go to the Meadows. Head South until you find the Rocket's Warehouse. Go inside and make your way through the maze up to the Scientist. Battle him! When you defeat him he will gaive you the Sapphire back. Now go back to 1 Island and give the Sapphire to Celio.

There is no such thing as a better team. As long as a trainer knows how to use their Party, they are always in with an opportunity. You have a good Party, just make sure that it is the one for you. If things go wrong with it, make alterations. Mine is good, but anything but unbeatable, anyone can win a match if they try hard enough (so long as it doesn't evolve a Magikarp or a Kakuna):
