I feel you man, it blows. You can't take it off your computer. It's impossible. Just never use it ever again and get FireFox http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/
i'm using aol but it frezes it

internet explorer annoys me.
whenever i get a link in email, msn or go to the open email folder when you start msn it opens ie but since it doesnt like me anymore it decided to bring up millions of pages from a chain reaction of url not being found, but it cant find the url saying that the url cant be found so it just keeps on going and going and you cant stop it =/
there must be some way to get rid of ie thru run isnt there? -.-
microsoft sucks.Screw bill gates

You can set Firefox to be the default browser so when you click on MSN saying you have some new mail, it'll use Firefox to go to Hotmail...Well, that's what I've done anyway.
Hey, I thought you could get rid of Internet Explorer? I can...But I havn't because the rest of my family use it. It should be listed in the Add/Remove Programs list...If it isn't, try clicking on Add/Remove Windows Components...

bah Internet Explorer is just bad... it's linked to close to the Main OS system... removing it just causes more problems... Norton uses IE6 for the Live Up-dates I think and is one of the reasons why I have not tried to get rid of IE.

Dont get rid of it, just get Mozilla Firefox and make it your default browser.

Yeah...It's best not to get rid of IE. Just use Firefox. Must be the best browser on the net...

You're right, there is no IE under Add/Remove programs, thats part of windows. You can't delete it from Program Files either, so don't even try. There are ways to get rid of it, but I wouldn't suggest it. Just get Adaware to get rid of your spyware and keep IE on hiatus.

^ Yeah, that's what I use. Basically, keep IE, use Firefox, and then use either Ad-Aware or Spybot to get rid of your spyware...
