Well, Superpower and Hyper Beam are not moves that I would give a Mewtwo. If you are going to give a Pok'emon Hyper Beam, make sure it is a Normal-Type Pok'emon that has high attack power. Hyper Beam for a Pok'emon like Slaking is an awesome attack. I would much prefer to see moves such as Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, etc, taught to a Mewtwo.

As for Metronome... I don't know why you would give a Mewtwo that move. Recover is an important move for Mewtwo, so I would teach it that instead of Metronome!

Remember, when you are designing a Pok'emon, you should try to give it stats that support the moves that you want it to have. For example, if you want to teach your Mewtwo 'Special Attack' moves rather than 'Attack' moves, you would want to give it a Nature (personality) which increases the Special Attack stat. Judging by the stats that you posted, I would say that it would be a very powerful Mewtwo with the right attacks!

I'm using the Pokemon Maker available at: http://pokemonpalace.net/maker/index.html

Generated a Charmander with maxed IVs, seems to be fine. It shows up in Box 1 slot 1.

I withdraw it in my party, exit the PC. Then I remove all Gameshark codes and save state and save in-game as well. All is well.

I restart VBA Link and load up the game but the Charmander I've generated still remains in Box 1 slot 1 even though I already withdrew it in my party.

Is this normal? Should I just release that one in the wild?

Perfectly normal! You withdrew the Charmander while the code was still on. The code tells the game that there is a Charmander in Box 1 Slot 1. So no matter how many times you withdraw or attempt to move the thing, there will always be another in Box 1 Slot 1. Simple?

Thanks for the reply HRBEK. I was hoping it would be you who would answer my question.

I just tried this:

1) Enabled Master Code + Anti DMA
2) Walk in a house, walk out
3) Enabled the Pokemon Maker code
4) Walked in Pokemon Center
5) Disabled ALL codes
6) Withdrew my Pokemon to my party
7) Save state then save in-game

Restarted VBA Link and loaded the save game and all is perfect. There is no duplicate in the box anymore!

Okay, new problem.

When creating a Pokemon, if you name it in all caps to its default name, the Pokemon will change its name when evolving.

For example, when naming a Pidgey to 'PIDGEY' through Pokemon Maker it will change its name to 'PIDGEOTTO' as if it were caught in the wild.

However, with Nidoran female and male, how do I name it NIDORAN with the female or male sign?

The hex code for the signs are B6 and B5 respectively but how do I change it to a Gameshark code?

By not touching the Nickname Box... Leave it as it is!

That is incorrect. Though it is possible that some Pok'emon Maker programs require you to name the Pok'emon... I always leave the Nickname Box alone...

Pokesav is THE thing for D/S now.

So much better in my opinion than Pokemon Maker, well in the sense that it's much quicker to use and allows a greater degree of modification than PM did for the 3rd gen .

well i have action replay, but I like to play through the game legitimately first, maybe twice depending on replay value, on pokemon I absolutely never hack until after I've beaten the elite four and done as much of the dex as I can on that game without trading(with gts and pal park that rule is gonna have to bend, but I keep my hacked pokes on my own game, I figure if other ppl wanted hacked pokes on their games they would do it themselves, I know they don't like having hacked pokes on their game without ppl telling them then being kicked out of events(i've heard the horror stories) HRBEK, when you get the new address for kpdavatars can you repost it too so I can find it without hunting or tell me what page it is cuz I just started on this thread

oh well, with the gts, beating the game as far as I can is alot farther off than it would have been otherwise, now I actually have a snowball's chance in hell of completing the pokedex =) as opposed to no chance whatsoever may as well give up now that I had in third gen(believe it or not I legitimately completed the dex legit in first gen except mew) the glitch wasn't found till after I beat all the trainers in the game, and I'm too lazy to restart now...
I guess now it's not that big an accomplishment now with people out there with complete legit third and sometimes legit fourth gen dex(I think of the elite four glitch as legit, if nintendo was on enough shrooms/crack/weed/any other drug I can't thinbk of/am too lazy to write down, to let you surf through a door into a dark abyss and travel anywhere via the abyss then thats good enough for me)

Can we still dl Ciro's Pokemon Maker. I think its on my Sister's laptop but I want to put it on my PC since she wont let me use her laptop. Also my AR/DS Duo is dead as it doesnt read on my DS. So i prob will pick up an AR DS. Pokesav is basically like Pokemon Maker for D/P right. Do the codes work for code breaker, cuz my friend has that but I dont remember if you could add codes to it

There are problems with the download links on Ciro's page... I would not suggest getting a Codebreaker... Action Replay is the best; but the MAX/ DUO ones suck!

Thank you, yes they are horrible, the only use they could ever possibly have is uploading a save file to pokesav, but they aren't even good for that because the [orange] at codejunkies purposely make them obsolete so you have to buy new ones to use new games:mad:, Plus the you have to manually enter codes for it on the system because they encrypted it:mad: and made sure that you couldn't type codes to input them with the computer yourself:mad:, and nothing else makes codes for it except datel:mad:, there are no pokemon makers compatible with it that have a download button *coughcoughCIRROcoughcough* besides, I've heard that theres something out there called an r4 that does the same thing and is compatible with all the games(as far as I know) and is not planned to only work with the games that were out at the time that datel had the idea to make it and nothing else :mad:, So everybody who didn't know and wasn't specific with what kind of ards they wanted for xmas had to use their xmas money to buy a new one:mad:, because the [orange] are the onle people that make any sort of cheating device for the ds and have a monopoly so there is no other option:mad:, except for other little save backup devices, and some other little small time ones that nobody makes codes for:mad:, because hardly anybody knows about them:mad::mad::mad:

That's not even possible. Shiny Latios are all turquoise/greenish.
If you want a red one, then just get a Latias.
