Watch your own signature size and limits

Lately I have seen allot of people with messed up sigs again.

- Use 3 lines of text or -
- Use a banner image no larger than the format I use

- Do NOT center align your signature.
- Do not use those quoted text, it makes a real mess of a thread.

If you use a banner, be sure to put it somewhere where its ok te be hosted. I see broken images too often.

Don't dissappoint me because the next step will be switching off the signatures for the whole forum. I need a forum that is well organized and doesnt look like crap.

I have seen someone who was centering his signature. I don't like this, generally speaking, don't overdo your signature, don't "scream" for attention.

I reduced mine already for ya,The Genie. I'm sorry. I've only been here a year. I didn't know about the signature size thing. Sorry. And the one person -Gold-'s talking about with the centered signature is Darkshadow. His posts are longer now. And it makes me have to move the page sometimes just to read his posts.

hmm thats another problem... people are going for smaller width sigs for the bigger height... even I'm not 100% sure on where we stand on that... I'd like to see (and I'm sure Genie would 2) all sigs be 400X100 ish size sigs... keep things consistant that way.

Mine should be fine..80x15 pixel mini sig (really mini if ya ask me!),400x89 pixel sig,and 1 line of text...should be fine..if not,me takey out line of text. (There goes the sanity,lol)

Since when were websites put into this? All I know is that Nitrous asked falken if he could resize falken's sig. I can't do it because my Photoshop hates me,lol. Apparently,it's up to the GFX Makers to resize ^'s sig. As for the websites,WTFH?!
