I believe I understood what you where trying to say.

What you are experiencing is the "Blue Screen of Death" tricky little bugger to handle, but if you update your internet connection that's being used for your 'Box/PC, that should fix it.
If you don't know how to do that, check your internet provider's site and look around there.
