latios is good, it has a max SPdefense of 394, it also learns recover and can learn reflect so its a good tank/special sweeper.

i would tend to put the combination, recover, psychic, reflect, icebeam

I have a Level 100 Steelix and it is my best pokemon. it is even better than my level 100 charizard, level 100 omistar, and level 100 Jolteon
