Harvest Moon-Tartan hybrids??

I am on Winter of the 2nd year (Happy Birthday) and can not get Tartan to hybrid seeds...how do I do it? I have talked to him and he ****izes my seeds but never hybrids. Can someone please help? Thanks!!

u need to have certain flowers from different seasons then, give all the flowers to Tartan with the seed that u want to hybridize, but im telling u how to turn them into super seeds so they can be grown in any season
